Solution
Designed and developed an e-commerce site to help customers view transaction lists, transaction history and make payments to policy numbers directly. This was also designed to make payments using major credit cards that automatically updates the record with details of amount paid and the balance to be deducted after the credit card is accepted.
Also created an Intranet-based custom business solution for coordinating several web sites into a common server or distribute between servers so that all the information entered is updated constantly to enable faster customer interaction.
Developed a separate Intranet customer support site. This application was designed to display, update and delete the customers' information. The site was created to be used by the Customer Support Department as an Intranet initially and will be integrated with the main web Internet site.

To market this service to reach customers who take prescribed drugs.
Solution
Designed and developed a website to implement e-commerce and prescribe alternative drugs via the internet. The website was designed to assist the cash paying patient by providing information on alternative prescription medications that may be less expensive:
- We utilize your currently prescribed drugs to search for other alternative medications that provide a similar benefit at a reduced cost. Where available we provide an easy alternative and a most cost effective alternative.
- We provide you with enough information to make an educated decision on whether each alternative medication is right for you.
- You print the final consultation reports and submit them to your physician for approval (physicians receive several of these “Request for Prescription Changes” each day from insurance companies so will not mind receiving yours) or schedule an appointment with your physician to discuss the changes.
